How do I change my PIN on my Debit/Credit Card?


You can change your PIN at your local branch, phone banking, contacting the Shamrock Center or at an ATM.

Local Branch

  1. Go to your local branch and a member service representative can assist you.


 Phone Banking

  1. Call 800.522.6611
  2. Select Option 2 for phone banking
  3. Select your language preference
  4. Select option 4 to change your PIN
  5. Follow the prompts to continue with the process until you have successfully changed your PIN.


Shamrock Center

  1. Call 800.522.6611
  2. Follow the prompts to reach our service department
  3. Answer verification questions to authenticate your identity
  4. The representative will change your PIN



  1. Go to your local ATM
  2. Put your card into the machine
  3. Follow the screen prompts to change your PIN
